Optimizing logistics processes, automating the distribution of delivery requests, reducing costs and increasing profitability.

The goal is to free employees from performing manual actions, free up and reduce their operational time for creating routes, increase the efficiency of the company’s processes as a whole, and also receive transparent and understandable reporting on the work done by the logistics department.

REQUIREMENTS OF JSC “CONFECTIONERY FACTORY SLODYCH” FOR IMPLEMENTATION

▶ setting up the integration of own 1C with the INFINIUM LOGIMUS logistics process optimization platform

▶ creation of all necessary directories, geocoding of delivery points

▶ setting up INFINIUM LOGIMUS software tools to optimize customer delivery processes

▶ inclusion of the entire list of own and hired transport involved in the delivery of Slodych OJSC

▶ display of all orders that pass through the customer’s system with priority data on them

▶ taking into account all optimization parameters for building routes

▶ launching the routing process together with the enterprise’s logisticians

IMPLEMENTATION RESULT

The result of the implementation was the optimization of delivery time by the customer’s company and ensured full integration of the customer’s 1C system with the INFINIUM LOGIMUS product.

Employees of the company OJSC “Confectionery Factory “Slodych” received the ability to flexibly edit routes, a functional order management system that allows you to quickly add points to an order on the map (automatically/manually), or delete them, make changes to the order delivery sequence, doing this very prompt. Tracking of drivers’ working hours was organized using a tracker to collect statistics, and reporting was also set up.

INFINIUM LOGIMUS software provides secure cloud storage of customer company data and allows employees of Slodych OJSC to have access to the System from anywhere in the world 24/7 for any period of time.
