IMPLEMENTATION OF INFINIUM LOGIMUS
To solve the client’s problems in the transport and logistics department, the INFINIUM team needed to study the structure of the organization, the interaction between the departments themselves, analyze existing transport and logistics business processes and the organization of document flow.
It was also decided to present the results of the LOGIMUS system in the client’s logistics infrastructure, which were obtained as a result of its use during two typical days of product delivery.
DEMONSTRATION OF THE BENEFITS OF THE INFINIUM LOGIMUS SYSTEM IN THE CUSTOMER’S COMPANY IN JUST 2 DAYS OF USE

It is worth noting the high interest on the part of the management of “Onza-Auto Lux” in the implementation of the INFINIUM LOGIMUS product. All necessary conditions were created for the successful implementation of the project.
With this approach, the client always gets results quickly, starts saving from the first days and wisely distributes the costs of organizing delivery logistics.

After the successful implementation of the INFINIUM LOGIMUS online system for optimizing transport logistics and managing mobile employees, the client’s vehicle fleet was also additionally equipped with CAN adapters to obtain up-to-date information on the remaining fuel in the tank and refueling. This modification made it possible to automate the fuel control system and deprive drivers of the ability to drain. As a result, the approach to the driver motivation and KPI assessment system was changed.
HOW CLIENT PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED
The most important role was played by automation of processes on the client side, which significantly reduced the time and resources for processing + effective routing of order delivery. On the client side, processes are now clearly configured and streamlined, ranging from monitoring fuel consumption and consumables (tires, brake discs/pads) to a general assessment of the profitability of routes.
