Dostaveno LLC (Dostavka24) is a modern, dynamically developing transport and logistics company that provides services for the prompt delivery of cargo, goods, shipments for legal entities and individuals, and online stores throughout the Republic of Belarus.
An own fleet of vehicles – 15 cars + hired transport and a warehouse terminal, allows for wide coverage in a short time.
The Dostaveno LLC company pursued the goal of quickly routing according to given patterns (Minsk, Belarus, highway), training staff to work in the LOGIMUS system, and receiving qualified business support.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
The INFINIUM team customized the LOGIMUS System to the specifics of the work of the Dostavono LLC company. Full integration with the customer’s ERP was carried out – two-way data exchange, including warehouse processes, as well as automation of the company’s business processes:
▶ Automatic construction of routes taking into account delivery zones
▶ Setting up diagnostic analytics for all stages of delivery
▶ Implementation of a mobile application for the work of drivers and couriers:
- automatic implementation of logins
- collecting feedback from clients
- add-on reports (with the ability to attach photos and comments), functionality of the mobile application and display of fields in the application
▶ Adding a customer orientation service for an order
THE RESULT
All the customer’s requirements were met + many parameters were additionally introduced, taking into account which allowed Dostavono LLC to scale favorably against its competitors.
