In some companies, logisticians create routes in the evening, on the eve of the delivery day. For example, a route for February 4 was created by a logistician on February 3 at 7 pm, at the same time clients receive an SMS with information about the order and the driver’s contact details. As a result, clients start calling couriers as early as February 3 after 7 pm, which goes beyond the working hours and patience of employees.
The problem was solved in the following way: the “Call the driver” button with the employee’s contact information is now displayed to the client directly on the day the order is delivered. In this case, an SMS with information about the order (according to the template) is sent to the client on the day the route is formed.

Now the System has added the ability to filter orders by several values at once
With a large number of orders, it becomes necessary to filter them according to certain criteria. For this purpose, Logistics has a special tool with an extensive set of settings. Previously, to search according to the required criteria, it was necessary to enter a word/number or phrase in the appropriate field. At the same time, the search was carried out only by one of the entered values, and in case of a typo or error, the result was incorrect.

To automate the process and eliminate the influence of the human factor on the filtering results, the ability to select several criteria from those already available in orders has been added to the filter fields.
This function is available after activating the special setting: “Multiple selection filtering”.
